So close to the Haram, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms with regular housekeeping.

the hotel is spotless and so close to the international market. the staff are friendly and provided great amenities. the room service was top-notch and the staff were professional.

We recently stayed at a hotel near the grand mosque in Mecca. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the grand mosque and the international market. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. We would like to thank Mr. Fahed and another kind staff member at the reception for their cooperation and friendliness. They even offered us water upon check-in, which was a thoughtful gesture after our tiring Umrah journey. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities we needed. The hotel also provided great services such as 24-hour reception, restaurant, and free Wi-Fi. We had a delightful dining experience with delicious food in the clean and organized dining area. we had a fantastic stay and will definitely choose this hotel again.
The room setup was a bit confusing and small. We contacted room service to request a change, but they informed us that extra beds would be charged at an additional cost.

We had a fantastic stay at Swissotel. The location was perfect, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even providing goodies to compensate for a few shortcomings. I highly recommend this hotel.

I chose Swissotel for its proximity to Masjid al-Haram, but was pleasantly surprised by the fine selection of classic culinary treats at Al Khairat restaurant and Masharif tea lounge. The delicious feast in the distinguished ambience of Al Khairat was truly delightful.
Couple of incidents pissed me off: Main entrance closure confusion, elevator out of order, expensive phone call charges, and misleading taxi pricing.

We found the location to Haram excellent, taking less than 5 minutes by walk from Swissotel. the breakfast was exquisite, and the staff, especially Abdullah at reception, was really courteous. Our overall experience was definitely a must for those who want to spend most of their time in Haram.
